CONTRACT TERMS
The following must be paid when concluding a rental agreement:
- first month's rent in advance
- deposit: the amount of one month's rent
- brokerage fee: the amount of one month's rent plus VAT.
APARTMENT
A well-thought-out and spacious 3-room apartment with a large balcony (13.6 m2) the width of the entire apartment.
The floors are covered with natural oak parquet, the walls are painted in light colors, the hall floor is tiled.
Depending on the room, there is adjustable water floor heating and electric floor heating in the laundry room.
Energy-saving 3x double-glazed windows and ventilation with heat recovery ensure low energy costs,
LED lights have also been used as lighting throughout the apartment.
