FULLY FURNISHED and DEEP CLEANED APARTMENT
Completely deep cleaned by the cleaning company (including all windows and balcony glazing, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, hot tub, stove, oven, hood, kitchen, etc.).
When signing the rental agreement, the first month's rent must be paid in advance, a deposit and a commission in the amount of one month's rent (to which VAT is added).
The rent price also includes apartment insurance.
APARTMENT
The apartment with a spacious layout includes:
- hallway,
- toilet/bathroom with jacuzzi,
- living room with open kitchen,
- bedroom
- a glazed balcony with a folding system.
The apartment is located on the last floor of the building, and since there are good double-glazed windows, it is quiet in the apartment and the windows offer a great view of the city.
The living room floors are covered with natural oak parquet, the hallway and the front of the kitchen furniture are tiled with a beautiful white natural stone floor tile. Electric floor heating in the bathroom.
Fenestra package windows, high-quality fully blackout honeycomb pleated curtains on all windows, which make the entire apartment dark if necessary and also help to maintain the temperature in the apartment - in summer, a lot of heat does not get into the room, in winter, the same system keeps the apartment warmer.
Eye-catching silver cast-iron radiators standing on legs, which are very warm, have been installed in the apartment.
The interior doors are made of wood. All rooms have LED lights.
In the apartment, decent wooden kitchen furniture with new equipment:

UTILITY COSTS
Average 75-100€ in summer and 150-200€ in winter
Electricity according to consumption, but mostly bills are 25-35€ all year round (including floor heating in the bathroom 24/7).
PARKING
The apartment does not have a separate parking space, but it is possible to park in front of the house and on the surrounding streets, for example, based on a city center resident's parking card. The parking fee for a city center resident is €120 per year, or €10 per month. More information:
