VALUATION OF A RESIDENTIAL BUILDING, PART OF A HOUSE, APARTMENT IN A TERRACED HOUSE:
- projects for residential building and auxiliary buildings (including floor plans and room explanations) or inventory drawings, where possible
- contract with plans in the event of notarised conditions of use for parts of a house and terraced houses
- site plan, where possible
- explanatory memorandum and drawings in the event of a detailed spatial plan
- rental/lease agreements in force
- contracts for the establishment of servitudes, where servitudes have been established
